Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges - We're happy to exchange shafts but handle them on a case by case basis.Â
Limited Edition Products - All sales are final no returns or exchanges for limited edition products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refund only applies to product total and excludes all additional shipping fees incurred. (ex express shipping charge)
Restocking Fee: 10% - This helps cover our shipping and processing costs since we do not charge for shipping both ways
Refund for Gifted Items - Requires receipt and store credit only
Gift Cards -Â All Sales Final
Refund for Certified Used Shafts -Â Store credit only less restocking fee
To start a return,
Contact us at info@ferugagolf.com for a return authorization number(write this number on the package) and a Return Shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Abused items will not be accepted.

Damage During Shipping Or Order Mistakes(On Our Part)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Original Payment Refunds(only new items)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method(less restocking fee).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, up to 10 business days, unfortunately this is outside of our control.

Manufacturer Warranty (1 Year From Purchase)
Claims MUST be processed through original authorized dealer. We can only process claims that were purchased directly through this website.Â
Please email us info@ferugagolf.com with proof of purchase using email subject: "Warranty Inspection" and a brief description of what occurred. We will promptly email you an RA number and return shipping address for you to ship the product back to us at your expense (we will ship replacement for free). Once we receive the shaft we will verify authenticity and cause. If determined shaft failure was caused by a manufacturer defect we will promptly send you a replacement. The replacement will NOT reset the warranty period.
*Warranty only applies to the original owner
*Warranty will not be honored for purchases from unauthorized dealers or unauthorized third party sellers
*All shafts that show inappropriate abuse will also not be accepted.
